Not feeling it? No hard feelings. If Hello Playdate isn't for you, we'll refund every penny within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
1. What's covered
The guarantee applies to our paid purchases:
- Gift Pack — the one-time purchase.
- Pro — monthly or yearly subscription.
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of when you bought it.
2. How to request a refund
Use the button below to send us a refund request. Tell us the email on your account so we can find your purchase. You don't need to give a reason. We'll confirm and process it — you can expect the money back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
3. After a refund
When we refund a subscription we'll cancel it, so you won't be billed again. Pages and creations you've already made and downloaded are yours to keep.
